What’s Covered
Our Purchase Guarantee covers all refurbished shipping containers, portable structures, food trailers, office units, and heavy equipment against structural defects and workmanship issues for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.
- Structural integrity (walls, floor, roof, corner castings)
- Welding and joint integrity
- Anti-corrosion coating (premature failure)
- Door and seal functionality
- Electrical wiring (SANS compliance) for office/refrigerated units
- Refrigeration system performance (for refrigerated trailers)
Duration & Conditions
The guarantee is valid for 12 months from the delivery date. To maintain coverage, the unit must be used in accordance with our guidelines and not be subjected to misuse, overloading, or unauthorized modifications.
- Transferable: The guarantee can be transferred to a new owner if the unit is sold within the 12-month period.
- Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and damage caused by improper handling or natural disasters.
- Registration: Your unit is automatically registered upon delivery. No additional steps required.
How to Make a Claim

Refund & Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return window (subject to inspection). The unit must be in the same condition as delivered and returned at your own cost. A full refund will be issued upon approval.
